We met at University in the 1980’s and have remained close friends ever since. Wow! Although initially our career paths took a different direction, in 2014 we hooked a business to a friendship and that brought about a rich and diverse skill set to create Cinnamon Fashion Agency. We really enjoy working together and have seen our cinnamon seed grow and flourish as a result of a shared passion for gorgeous clothes, care for our customers and a sense of excitement in sourcing amazing new brands from the UK, the EU and further afield. We celebrate our achievements and our community which is enriched still further by our lovely sales team helping out during busy times. After refurbishing an old church hall, we moved into our super cool and spacious London showroom at Mowll Street in 2019, and YES, the rest is yet to come!
After many inspiring challenging years working for large High Street clothing brands both in their Retail and Wholesale divisions, I now relish the creativity and freedom of running our own agency. Cinnamon Fashion Agency was created from a desire to be my own boss enabling me to work with clothing brands I want to wear and sell to other independent shops. I still get very excited at the start of each season when the new collections arrive in the showroom!
With my background in corporate tech and start ups I never expected to be a partner in my own business, but I love it! The people, our community and the sheer joy of being surrounded by gorgeous clothes made by designers with a conscience, made my 2014 career decision the best I ever made!
